Unexpectedly delicious


I came back home yesterday at 3 pm...nothing eaten until that moment...nothing in the fridge but some Robiola, cucumbers and sandwich bread. So my inner hungry mind sought and found stored in my souvenirs a recipe I learned when I was living in London. Canapé with Robiola, butter, salt and cucumbers' slices. To pair with green tea. The result: Edoardo loved it! and I have never managed to make him eat soft cheese so far :)
