Harvest time

Today the brave men of GLEM Family harvested the apple and pear trees!

Considering  we never, ever use any pesticides in our fruits trees, we have been lucky.
Just a few little inhabitants in our hanging fruits :)

Now I have to think about some recipes including these precious goods. Any ideas and suggestions above the usuals?
