Autumn is in the kitchen


 I had lost the habit of experiencing seasons and their particularities during university time, when I spent much of my days studying with head down on books, and during 10 years in my beautiful working post.



This "romantic" preface was maybe not necessary to introduce today's post...
I simply wanted you to know I've cooked the first pumpkin of this fall.

I made pumpkin and curcuma risotto. Delicious! Massimiliano...probably starving after three days without eating, had it all, including the pot :)








I have started appreciating fall in my late years...after I've got my kids.
 Strolling around with them I've taken back my seasons's feeling and recognized colors, scents, actions, fruits...
